Spring aircraft spotting was held in Vladivostok Airport

On May 26, 2017 Vladivostok airport hold spring aircraft spotting. Traditional event brought together both professional photographers and starting spotters.

Around 40 aircraft spotters came to Primorye air harbour from different parts of the region. The date of event was purposely chosen so that photography could be interesting – aircraft traffic was very busy that day. The photographers took pictures of take-offs and landings of metal birds from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m. almost without a break.

The participants were not upset by unpredictable Primorye weather. On the contrary, many of them welcomed the opportunity of taking rare pictures of aircrafts against a background of heavy sky and in drops of rain as well as in the bright sunlight.

 - Aircraft spotting made a great positive impression on me, - a photographer and member of the “Golden pool” Fedor Leukhin noted.  - Thanks to intense traffic today we managed to take pictures of interesting aircrafts from very different angles. Besides, I met new people, because spotting is another chance to communicate with other aircraft spotters. I thank the airport for uniting us at similar events.

That day there were those on the apron who took part in aircraft spotting for the first time ever.

- This is my first visit of similar event, - photographer Konstantin Mamochka said, - I’ve dreamt of visiting airfield for a long time, and that dream has come true. I haven’t expected to see so many different types of aircrafts. I managed to take great pictures. Many thanks to Vladivostok airport for such an opportunity!

Traditionally the best pictures of the event participants will be published on the website and in airport official accounts in social networks.
