Vladivostok Airport develops its cooperation with Air Busan

South Korea's Air Busan representatives have visited Vladivostok International Airport JSC today. During the meeting the parties have discussed the issue on organization of direct air traffic from Busan to Vladivostok

Air Busan considers the possibility of opening a new route to Vladivostok in 2013. The Carrier's interest in the cooperation with Vladivostok  International Airport JSC  is caused by the results of work within the framework of the “Open Skies” project focused also on the commercial rights expansion on routes between Vladivostok and the airports of South Korea.

The contents of Air Busan representatives' current visit is a witness for their serous intentions. In particular, the parties agreed on the plan of further interaction on issues of launching the new route for Air Busan from Busan to Vladivostok. Initially the Carrier considers the commencement of  flights in the 3 quarter next year with the frequency of 3 flights per week by Airbus 321.

The regular air traffic from from Busan to Vladivostok  has been operated by Vladivostok Air (Aeroflot Airlines Group) for several years once or twice a week depending on the season. There is a stable passenger flow  on this destination and Air Busan as a low-cost airline can offer low-fare air travels enabling more affordable trips.
